In-Store Pickups

In-Store Pickups or Collections in Castries are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. If you would like to collect your package on another specific day, please state so in your order notes so that arrangements can be made. Pickups Days for custom items varies; all information will be sent to customers via WhatsApp once custom items are available for collection. Our Pickup location is based on Brazil Steet, Castries more details as to directions are provided via email/WhatsApp.

Once we launch our collections during the week deliveries are available on the Saturday of that week, however for custom orders once packaged deliveries dates will be sent to customers privately.

Drop shipping Policy

​

Drop shipping is available for ALL Countries. Orders are processed once payments are received, and parcel will then be shipped based on the shipping method chosen.

• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $30.00USD

- All items are non-refundable; no monetary funds will be given after purchasing an item (All Sales are Final).

- Items cannot be exchanged or returned, however please be advised that we will only provide an exchange in the case where at the time of the sale the item had hidden defects or imperfections.
