    Product materials are listed on the website under each item. Most of our items are Stainless Steel with Cubic Zirconia. We also carry a few 925 Sterling Silver sets as well. Please check out each product for specifics.

  • My skin is sensitize. Will I encounter any issues?

  • Can I cancel my customized order?
    Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and confirmed for customization, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, once the design process has started, it cannot be reversed. We encourage our customers to ask any questions or address any concerns before confirming their order to avoid any dissatisfaction with the final product.
  • Can I return/exchange an item?
    Due to our frequently sold out items and health/safety we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. An exchange can only occur if there was a defect in item before the sale was finalized.
  • How long do Custom Orders take to arrive?
    Custom orders take about 2-4 weeks to arrive. Drop-Shipping (Worldiwde & International) - Customs orders are immediately processed once payment has been received and take 7-10 business days to be made. Items are then shipped via Usps ; 12 days. Items can be expressed via FedEx; 5 days. Local customers can also use this option and choose for items to be shipped to their Miami address (WestTech, ShopBox, PuntoMio etc.) Preorders Deposits are accepted over a 2 week period. Once preorders has closed all items will be order in one bulk shipment and take 3-4 weeks to arrive on island; St.Lucia.
  • What kind of jewelry can be shipped to the United States?
    Only custom name jewelry is available for purchase by customers located within the United States.
  • What are considered business days?
    Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays are not included.
