-Items cannot be exchanged , however please be advised that we will only provide an exchange in the case where at the time of the sale the item had hidden defects or imperfections.

At Jae’s X-Clusive we back our products and guarantee that all items will be defect-free for their lifetime. If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your item, you can send it back for evaluations within 48 hours. If we find that the issue is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the item. In case the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a similar one. If the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and discuss repair/replacement options at a cost. Keep in mind that minor variations in craftsmanship and natural characteristics in gemstones are unique to each piece and are not considered defects.

All items come with a 72 hour warranty. If there's a defect in the jewelry, it should be noticeable right away. After the 72 hours, we won't be responsible for any damages caused by customers especially if our care instructions haven't been followed. It's crucial to follow the instructions for the longevity of the items.

This product is made from Stainless Steel , however I want your items to last you forever so please:

-Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions & hair products.

-Remove while exercising , showering or swimming.

-Clean with a gentle cloth and store in jewelry box.

-Avoid using harsh chemicals and oils.
