If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your item, you can send it back for evaluations within 48 hours. If we find that the issue is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the item. In case the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a similar one. If the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and discuss repair/replacement options at a cost. Keep in mind that minor variations in craftsmanship and natural characteristics in gemstones are unique to each piece and are not considered defects.

All items come with a 72 hour warranty. If there's a defect in the jewelry, it should be noticeable right away. After the 72 hours, we won't be responsible for any damages caused by customers especially if our care instructions haven't been followed. It's crucial to follow the instructions for the longevity of the items.
